What an impressive and courageous leader. If the Middle East on all sides had leaders of his caliber, everything would look different! Fahd is a Syrian patriot who has fought for years for his people, feels the pain of the victims of the war, and is determined to lead geopolitical change for the people for years to come.
Interesting thank you I think he is not the only Syrian with these views especially among the ex-patriot population. His stories of the good relations between Jews and Muslims in the last century are echoed in the stories of exiled Syrian Jews
Thank you for sharing this fascinating interview. It is important to remember that people in the Middle East who aren’t rabidly anti-Israeli. From people like this gentleman who grew up with Jewish friends to the many people (including many Palestinians) who traveled to Israel in order to have complex medical operations that were unavailable in their own countries, many people realize the truth about Israel. As what happened to this man shows though, even mere words can result in tragic consequences.
Thank you for your incredible story! Shalom.
Very interesting.

The inspiring story of Fahad Almasri, President of the National Salvation Front in Syria. Tyrants be warned: careful what you do to a teenage boy!

Thanks for your continued reporting on Mr. Almasri. It will be interesting to see how things develop. A positive outcome would be most welcome.
