In one way it's flattery, them using Golda Meir's words but the hypocrisy is monumental, isn't it? You could say that Zelensky is already being pushed into "meeting Putin halfway" by Trump as part of the dirty game of world politics, yet what are the implications of Trump appeasing Russia for Israel given Moscow's alignment with Iran?

The hypocrisy is too loud for me to get passed. Not flattery at all, imho

I was thinking along the lines of Oscar Wilde's saying "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness."

Until western people, all of them, not only politicians become knowledgeable about islam, its ideology and doctrine and teaching they will never ever understand muslims, their mentality and their priorities. I think that Europe as we know it is gone. What however surprise me more that many Israelis do not understands either. And by the way in all three Baltic states practically all their Jews have been murdered and not by Germans nazis by “civil population”. This truth is very unwelcome in these countries. So what do you expect from their politicians?

Sheri Oz, the cartoon says it all. I see the figure in the middle as our President, the one on the left is our VP, and the one on the right is President Zelinskyy. I also think it is correct with the current characters as a for Isarel.

Thanks for this post. I was unaware of how antisemitic the Baltic states are. My education continues.

Golda was spot on.
