Where do you get your information from? Israel bombed hospitals, mosques, and schools that were used as weapons storage facilities, that had entrances to terrorist tunnels in them, and that Hamas used for their offices and more. Israel never bombed anything that was not connected wtih Hamas terrorists.
If anything, Israel tried to build the Gazan economy and social stability ever since we took out every last Jew in 2005 and left them agricultural instrastructure for the Gazans to use. They just tore down greenhouses that could have produced flowers and vegetables for export. Before you blame Israel, you should read more about what really happened.

Claiming the Hezbollah militants never raped anyone is a stretch because you will find in every group men or a man who has raped. I never said anywhere, and I never saw it claimed anywhere, that Hezbollah raped Israelis. That was Hamas. And if you say Hamas never raped an Israeli, you really do not care about truth at all.
What this commenter meant was that with certain injuries from the booming beepers these men will not be able to rape Israelis should they, God forbid, ever invade Israel like Hamas did in the south.
