Very interesting. Of course, I have known about Dr. Kedar's plan for years now - and he has explained it to me personally on more than one occasion. He seems to think it would work - and he is someone who knows much more about Arab culture than I do. On the face of it, it sounds very complicated and messy, but who knows?
About S. Africa - interestingly enough I sat with a Jew from SA last evening and he explained many things about the Jewish community there and the reality of what's going on now. Dr. Kedar states that some people compare his plan to that of SA and he said the whites have no history there. I would dispute that. Putting aside the terrible apartheid system, the Afrikaans do indeed have several centuries of history there. The ANC has become at least as racist as the old apartheid system, and if all the whites left, that country would collapse. Just saying....
Of course the whites have history in S. Africa, but I doubt they claim to be the indigenous people of S. Africa. That is how they differ from the Jews in Israel who ARE indigenous to the Land of Israel (as opposed to the Arabs who try to convince the world that THEY ARE).
Of course there's a difference between the Afrikaners and the Jews being indigenous to Israel. I was only objecting to the statement that the Afrikaners "have no history in SA".
Maybe many people would look at me as an extremist, but I do not really understand why Israel should break its mind how to develop so called PA? All arabs from gaza, Judea, Samaria, East Jerusalem should be deported for example in Libya but not to Tripoli where internationally recognized government but to other parts - about 95% of all land mass - where there are other forces who needs labourers, manpower to develop of their oil resources and to attract a foreign investments. Or they can move into qatar which support them anyway.
I guess we need to figure out what to do about those Arabs who are sitting on our indigenous homeland telling everyone it is theirs. I'm not against what you suggest.
RE the Israeli Arab towns: On Dr. Kedar's old website about the Emirates Plan, he had a fascinating video about how elections work in one Arab town. The clan elders get together to choose the next mayor, then all the voters would vote for him in the ballot box - he'd get 99% of the vote.

Thank you for this insightful article.

Interesting. So Kedar is correct in his understanding of how things work in Arab society.
